I appeared for the first round of my interview. Initially, it was scheduled for 4:00 PM, but the HR rescheduled it to 6:55 PM. I agreed and joined on time. During the interview, the interviewer only asked me to introduce myself, one question related to React, and one question on JavaScript—both of which I answered correctly. After that, the interviewer simply said, “That’s all from my side.” I was surprised, as the entire interaction felt too short and abrupt. It seemed unusual for an interview to consist of just two technical questions before concluding. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The interview process at Neosoft was organized and insightful. It began with a friendly recruiter screening, followed by technical problem-solving sessions that allowed me to showcase my skills. Behavioral questions focused on teamwork and problem-solving, making it a positive and collaborative experience overall.
