Very brief interview with an uninterested supervisor. This trend carried over even after I began working here. Supervisor never cared about what employees had to say until a member of management was present. The interview was basically a short meet and greet with a simple walk through of the work area. No questions asked about who i was, or what I was capable of. No information given as to what the company was all about.

Was interviewed by low level managers who seemed as if it was troubling for them to have to be at work on a Saturday. Answered their questions with no problems. The interview was read off a scripted sheet and was very robotic!
