PTC Director interview questions

Screening interview following a referral. Interviewer was late with no apology. Seemed unprepared for call. Interviewer committed to provide an update within 10 days. Did not follow up. Interview did not respond to several emails requesting an update. Received an update on process following an intervention by my referral (in senior management position). Appalling way to treat prospective candidates particularly when you take into account the relative level of the job and the referral aspect. Interviewer did not respond to emails requesting update. Required intervention by senior management.
