Paycor Manager interview questions

A prescreen interview with recruiter. A series of questions asked to determine if you need job description and if salary request is within budget. Second interview with manager and team leader Standard behavioral questions, situational questions to evaluate how you solve problems. Third interview could be with a team leader and manager, it just depends on the hiring manager.

The interview process was fast, through, and well explained. TA team seems very busy, so follow up sometimes was slow. All things considered not bad at all! All of the hiring managers were great. You could tell they were on the same page. Great communication.
