The process is neutral, basic questions will be asked. These questions will be based on last experience and work done, also will judge your knowledge about the work you are doing.
I was contacted via an external recruiter. 1 conversation with the recruiter via phone, 1 with HR, 2 with the sales manager. All were professional and pleasant conversations, only feedback about the next steps were not followed up correctly in terms of timing.

Interview process was smooth Interviewers were very "friendly" and it was more of a discussion than the corporate-like questions which reflects the company's culture. I had 3 interviews in total, with the HR, the Business Development Manager and the GM. However the process is too long, and took more than 2months to get back to me
