Met with by far the worst interviewer of my entire career of 17+ years. The interviewer spent first 20 minutes convincing me to not change my current job and try to find growth opportunities in the existing organization. The interviewer did not even introduce himself. This was a face-to-face technical interview in their Pune office. The interview was not structured. Questions were not relevant to any work/project from my resume. Interviewer was borderline arrogant, rude and he probably had made up his mind even before starting the interview.
