Qualys Senior Software Engineer interview questions

I went through three technical rounds after an initial call with the HR. Despite multiple follow-ups with the HR, I have yet to receive any feedback, positive or negative. During the interviews, the interviewers would give me a problem and then leave the room. I found it unprofessional and perplexing that they were so busy, especially since they were there to interview candidates. Looks like they just take interview for formality.

The interview process consisted of three rounds: Technical Round 1: Focused on C++ concepts, data structures and algorithms (DSA) basics, and Windows services. Technical Round 2: Primarily problem-solving, where I was given three coding tasks (matrix diagonal elements, vector index-sum logic, and multithreading with even/odd printing using Windows functions). Technical + Managerial Round: A deep dive into my previous projects, system design discussions, and scenario-based questions. The panel seemed positive and engaging during this round. However, after the third round, despite following up multiple times via calls and emails, I never received any response.
