RBC Customer Service Representative interview questions

Usually there are 2-3 managers in the room, virtually or in person. They are not trying to fail you. They sometimes will also guide you through the conversation. They are trying to get to know you as well.

The interview was conducted via Zoom and included many scenario-based questions. It wasn’t overly difficult but required thoughtful, clear responses to demonstrate problem-solving skills, experience, and the ability to handle real situations.
