It was relatively straightforward as I was recommended by a friend for the job. I initially met with the manager of the centre and then met with the area manager who asked more in-depth questions.

Interview
I applied online and received a call to come in within a week. The position was supposedly for a senior customer service position but what they were looking for was for a receptionist and someone to clean the rooms and kitchen and unload and load the dishwasher. Also, in that position you were supposed to upsell and do everything that the GM does when he is not around for a meager $13. It really had nothing to do with customer service and definitely nothing with a senior customer service position. The staff was dressed in jeans and hoodies and looked extremely unprofessional. I was greeted right away with the wrong name telling me that they are expecting someone else also. The GM was reading questions off a questionnaire and seemed very unprofessional. Never heard anything and then received an email three weeks later that the position was filled by someone else but just renewed the job posting so obviously they had not filled the position
