Quick and professional! Try to gear your experiences to what is relevant to the job applied. Interviewers are mostly very kind and open to listen. Usually 3 rounds (?), first with hiring manger, then a higher up and lastly HR interview

Firstly, it is an online interview that is to answer questions online. There are about 5 questions related to the role. They will choose the successful candidate for the second round. The second interview is an online interview with one senior and one manager.
Asked every single minute details of previous companies, process, interviewers are not friendly and it felt more like an interrogation than an interview.
Managed to answer all the questions perfectly but HR never got back to me with a response even after inquiring for a response more than 3 times.
We as interviewee need to take our own time to study, prepare, take leave from current job and spend money to travel all the way there for interview yet the company doesn't even bother to send one rejection email.
A HR that doesn't think from other perspectives can't be a good HR.
