I applied online. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Singapore) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was structured and professional, consisting of several rounds that began with HR, followed by discussions with the local team, and culminating in a session with the hiring manager. Throughout the journey, the talent team stood out for their proactive support, promptly addressing questions and ensuring clarity at each stage. This combination of thorough evaluation and responsive communication made the experience smooth, transparent, and reassuring for the candidate, while also reflecting the company’s commitment to a well‑organized hiring process.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rolls-Royce (Indianapolis, IN) in Aug 2008
Interview
The interview was conducted by the President of the division and the manager as well as a represntative from the HR department. They seemed interested then the position was supposedly put on hold because the UK office wanted to bring in an outside consultant to review the scope of the position before it was filled. The Manager for the job seemed very interested in having me fill the position. They never formally got back to me as to the status. I had to follow up to get any information.
