Two rounds from the reaching out and the interview. I heard back a week after the interview and a few days later offer letter. That process took another week. I was able to choose start date
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Ryan (San Antonio, TX) in May 2016
Interview
I had a phone interview, then I had to take a few online tests. One in person interview, and a week later I received a job offer. The background check is pretty rigorous and takes quite a while so be prepared for that.
Thank you for your review! It appears you accepted our offer and are working with us in the San Antonio office. Congratulations! I hope everything is working out well and any information provided to you in the Interview process was an accurate representation of Ryan. If not, or if you have any suggestions, feel free to reach out to your Recruiter or HR Business Partner . Thanks again!
The interview experience was very discouraging. The process took much longer than it should have. The talent acquisition contact I was working with was not pro-active. I would have to continuously leave messages without a callback. Due to nepotism, there was also difficulty with the hiring process. Once I finally started, it was hard to be excited to begin work.
