I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce in Mar 2024
Interview
The process was very fast—less than 2 weeks from screen to final round. Not a very memorable experience. They were focused on compensation range right off the bat, which was below market by at least $10k. After pushing for higher than the stated max, I moved on to the hiring manager who was very gracious and seemed excited to be interviewing me. The third and final round is where things went south. I was given a non-descript challenge assignment to complete in less than 48 hours to be presented in a panel interview. The panel seemed to go very well, but I was surprised when the recruiter shared that my skillset wasn’t a match. To move that quickly into a final round, having to jump through the hoop of the assignment in such a short window, and get that feedback is insulting. I would not recommend applying here.
