The interview was friendly yet though focusing on role-related experience and measurable results, and strong communication skills, with followup questions to assess problem-solving and adaptability. Preparation using the job description keywords and concrete project eamples proved highly effective in answering their questions.

The interview process consists in 2 rounds first with the manager and then with a recruiter. Questions about your studies and background experience. All the other questions were to understand availability and specific skills.

Foi tranquilo, análise de currículo, depois ligacão com o RH onde confirmavam as informacões e pediam para conversar um pouco em inglês, dinâmica de grupo e prova escrita. Dos que estavam na dinâmica, acredito que todos receberam proposta para fazer o estágio

The interview was a quick phone screen and 1 interview afterward. The questions were basic phone screen questions about why I wanted the role and what to expect that summer.
