Hands down the most unprofessional interview process I have ever gone through. The recruiter missed my first interview (I was a referral). We rescheduled the interview and she was 10 minutes late, seemed unprepared and needed a few minutes to get questions together. After this, I have a second interview set with the hiring Manager, who cancels an hour before the meeting saying something came up (iPhone quick message/email) clearly he was out of the office and didn't have it on his calendar. We reschedule and I never end up hearing from them. 5+ years experience
