They ask you to take part in an online game, good way of assessing personality rather than competency test. Be aware there is no way to pass the game, it is based off determination, how many times you wont succeed and keep trying etc. You go to an assessment centre, although be aware not the friendliest environment for candidates who are on placement/internship. Little communication prior to arriving, just an email with a location and time. There was 6 of us, and we walked into a room of 12 managers, 2 assessing each person, very daunting and far too many people in a small room. Asked to do group activity in which all 12 mangers stare at you for an hour. Then taken out and asked to present a presentation to 2 mangers, then 2 v 1 interview. Mangers very friendly in presentation and interview.
