Silfex interview questions

The interview consisted of straightforward behavioral-type questions. 3 interview process. First was a phone interview with HR, second was a phone interview with the hiring manager, third was onsite with hiring manager (engineering manager), operations manager and one engineer. Received offer within 1 week of the second interview

Met with immediate boss, department director, senior engineering director, and HR director for separate interviews. Each session lasted ~30 minutes and were friendly environments. They asked standard questions about my resume, attitude, and skillset.
