Interviews had 4 rounds (online assessment, 2 technical rounds and 1 managerial round) in a time span of 3 weeks and further an HR round. Each round lasted an hour each and the Managerial round lasted for 1.5 hrs.

2 technical interviews 1 hiring manager interview 1 Design Discussion with architect First two technical discussion focused on data structure and java coding. They mostly focussed on the approach of the problem solving instead of final solution. The interview discussion was interactive and hints were given to proceed further. Hiring manager was mostly focussing on your interest in joining snapdeal, and how much do you know about snapdeal Technical architect discussed about rate limiting problem. One more design problem involving multi threading. Snapdeal really focuses on hiring right people with positive attitude. Overall the interview process was smooth.
