Sobha interview questions

HR scheduled f2f interview, reached the “Meter cube” office. Waited for 30 minutes, person named Tejaswini came, she seemed least interested to even have a formal conversation. Didn’t even conduct the test or assignment to check eligibility. Smirking the entire time. Was told “things work differently here” and she left the room saying she’ll be back in 2 minutes. A minute later random man comes and tells me to leave saying HR will connect with you.

It was a three-stage process. First was personal data collection, followed by technical assessment and a face-to-face interview. In data collection they asked for personal, academic, and previous employment (if any) details. Technical assessment includes basic civil engineering questions.
