Interview process was tough, I'm not going to lie. This company has very high standards for people, regardless of what your title might be. Big focus on culture fit. Size of your most recent company doesn't matter, it's all about whether you can execute or not. Some positions they care about whether you're from the automotive industry, and some they don't.
