The interview was conducted over 4 rounds- 1 assignment, 2 telephone calls(technical), and 1 video call. The entire process seemed fine and easy going. They give you one assignment to complete in 48 hours followed by the above stated calls. However, they do not give any reason/ feedback for the selection/rejection process, which is kind of absurd. One suggestion- Its not right to lead on the interviewee and build false hopes!
