They use Ai Interviewer to conduct the interview, you get the email of shortlisting and schedule link to schedule the interview from the date and time but they all will be in AM and one or 2 timing in PM, after joining the meeting link, the ai face appears in front of you, asking questions and when you try to answer the question it interrupts your answer with hmm, umms and others, then ask the same question differently, even after answering the same questions multiple times it never gives up, some of the questions don't even make sense. you can't have a proper interview with this. There's no support mail, or contact details given when facing such problems.
