The Container Store Sales interview questions

Phone interview, followed by in-person interview. Pretty straight forward and you could tell the employees that worked there are appropriately compensated and feel like they are valued. Nothing out of the ordinary.

It was a group interview. The managers showed us around the store and then sat us down to ask us what we may have noticed was out of place in the store. We were asked to chose a favorite item before the interview and talk about it. They asked us to expand on items customers wanted to provide a complete solution. I was offered and accepted the position.
