I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Trantor
Interview
The interview process felt unprofessional and unreliable. The interviewer joined and cancelled the meeting twice without explanation and later stopped responding despite multiple follow-ups. I also received repeated calls over several hours for the same position, which was confusing and poorly coordinated.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Trantor (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2024
Interview
The Interview process was very fast and disturbing, They asked me to meet different people within a very short time frame, they were emailing and messaging me on different platform including Whatsapp, email and linkedin even at midnight to ask for an interview at 8am. Even during a Saturday and a Sunday.
They offered the job and then they ghosted me without any feedback. I would have appreciated at least recieving some feedback after being flexible with their tidious and unprofessional process.
There were 2 rounds in the process. Question asked was of average level. But they look for a manager who is more into technical sides who can also work on the issues.
