I received a call from Trantor (Chandigarh) regarding a Job opening. The entire process took around 2 weeks.
Interview Process:
I went through two technical rounds and one COO-level round. While the process itself was okay, the post-interview experience was disappointing. After completing all rounds, they put my profile on hold and never responded to any of my follow-up emails. That kind of silence shows a serious lack of professionalism.
What’s worse is that I continued receiving calls for the same position later, from the same company – clearly indicating they don’t track applicants or respect their time. This disorganized behavior made it clear that they are not serious or respectful of candidates.

Advice to Management:
Please improve your interview process and communication. If a candidate has gone through multiple rounds, they at least deserve a proper response or closure.
Interview process was so smooth. I gave back to back 3 rounds after each I cleared at same day. Then the final HR round I cleared next day. After joining you will get induction about the company and other required stuff.
