I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at UiPath (New York, NY) in Jan 2022
Interview
Interview process was fairly normal. First spoke with SE Director, then the Hiring Manager for the position, the the Regional VP of Sales. The round with the Regional VP of Sales required a presentation of 30-60-90 day plan
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UiPath (Houston, TX) in Nov 2025
Interview
I was directly contacted by a hiring leader for a senior sales role and went through multiple stages, including a tailored executive panel presentation. The early stages of the process were clear and well-structured. The team was professional and the expectations were communicated upfront.
After the final panel, however, the communication cadence fell off significantly. Despite being told the process would move quickly, the final decision took several weeks, with only brief check-ins and no clear timeline. The delay made the experience feel misaligned with the urgency and decisiveness the team initially emphasized.
The role itself seemed compelling, and the team members I met were sharp, but the extended silence after the final round created a difficult candidate experience. For senior-level roles, a more transparent and timely process would go a long way.
Pros: Engaged hiring team early on, interesting role, strong product.
Cons: Very long delays after final interview, unclear decision timeline.
The Interview Process was great. It consisted of 5 calls and they were all with sales leadership. They want to see that you are a reliable account executive with grit and determination to hit your number.
