I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UiPath (Bucharest, Bucuresti) in Nov 2021
Interview
asked the same questions about my resume, without offering more details about the role itself. It's obvious that they didn't communicate with each other; they just did their jobs and interviewed with me. Their final answer pertained to my technical experience, which wasn't good enough for them, even if the role didn't have a technical background. P.S. I have run a software development agency in the past, so it's obvious that I have some technical skills.

Interview
I interviewed for a Product Manager role at UiPath and found the process well-structured and insightful. The interview focused on my experience in managing the product lifecycle, defining roadmaps, and working cross-functionally with teams like engineering and design. They asked for examples of successfully delivering products and managing stakeholder expectations, along with questions about prioritization frameworks and strategy. Having a strong understanding of UiPath's platform and how it solves business challenges was definitely an advantage. Overall, they seemed to value communication, leadership, and a customer-centric mindset.

Q: How would you prioritize features for a product roadmap when dealing with conflicting stakeholder requirements?

3 interview rounds, all of them spontaneous discussions. Past experience, projects and questions on how I would approach different product situations. Mostly PM interviewees, but also Design people asking questions.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UiPath in Apr 2023
Interview
Poor communication from recruiter. Did not send follow up on position when I inquired but instead got an auto rejection email after asking for 2 hours of my time. Red flag during discussion with hiring manager when he asked if I would be available well after 5pm “because there is always stuff to do”
