I applied through Linkedin. The process took three weeks and rounds - HR, Reporting Manager (VP Training & Marketing), and skip-level interview with the CEO.
The Management interviewers provided me detailed company background, challenges, and vision ahead - which gave me food for thought on how I can chalk out what success would look like in the months ahead. It was an engaging two-way conversation in all rounds.
The HR team at the India office arranged all interviews and was the most responsive, respectful of time, and highly professional in all my past and recent experiences. That was one of the top five reasons I accepted the offer. The other four preceding it are clarity in the company's vision, understanding of the nature of challenges, value offerings, and flexibility in the hybrid/remote model.
