WorkMarket Implementation Specialist interview questions

Had the typical meeting with the recruiter who set up an hour interview with the hiring manager. I thought that the interview went very well and at the end he would say that he would make the recommendation to move forward with the interview process. After that I heard nothing back. I emailed the recruiter asking for a follow up and did not hear back from them either. A month later I received an email saying they moved forward with another candidate. Extremely unprofessional.
