Interview
Met with two members and then an SVP, the hiring process was very straight forward and I started within 2 weeks. The interview process was slightly intimidating since I met with one person at a time and then both.

Interview
Applied online and was emailed by their HR team to run through a telephone interview with their recruiter. It lasted maybe 25 minutes and was very informative - more just a run-through or prior experience, why I was applying for this position and if I was interviewing anywhere else.
After this stage the recruiter scheduled an in-person interviewer and I had back-to-back interviews on the same day with 3 individual senior management staff members from the team I’d be working in. It sounded daunting and quite intensive but in reality it was also very informal and mostly a discussion of my experience, career progression and my approach to managing a team / workload, etc.
