The hiring process at Zillow takes an average of 21 days when considering 4 user submitted interviews across all job titles. Candidates applying for Talent Development Manager had the quickest hiring process (on average 21 days), whereas Talent Development Manager roles had the slowest hiring process (on average 21 days).
The recruiting team is great when it comes to setting up phone screens and panel interviews. They even send over interview prep, which guarantees equal preparedness for all candidates. My only concern is that is seems like Zillow takes you through weeks of interviewing and follow up first, and checks business need/budget for the role second. Other than that, it was one of the better experiences, given the current Tech job market.

Question 1
How do you have difficult conversations with sponsors when it comes to trade offs and resource availability?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Zillow (Irvine, CA)
Interview
Great interview process, very different, they use a form of Ai. Other than that, process is not bad. Still waiting to be hired. Sounds like a great company to work for.

Question 1
Why is my motive and what do I see my self doing in 5 years from now
I applied online. I interviewed at Zillow (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Not too bad very friendly people. Process was slightly drawn out which was frustrating. Overall the questions weren't super challenging and I felt like the people interviewing me wanted me to feel comfortable.
