A telephonic interview followed by site personal interview on the previous work done in the field of designing. Person should be able to provide why when answers. Was called on the basis of portfolio send to them, followed by a telephonic interview. After a weeks time was called to their office, had a HR round, a personal interview. The person interviewing only started condemning and criticizing onthe same portfolio based on which they called for interview.
