highlevel Fullstack Developer L3/L4 interview questions

Even After seeing bad reviews on Glassdoor, I went ahead with the interview process, The HR team was too friendly and explained we are hiring for different verticals and all and L3 and L4 profiles Round 1: Hr screening: Past project and salary discussion Round 2: Technical round: With an SDE 2 and tech lead. Questions on projects and 1 easy level coding question. which were easy to answer. finally after the interview, even after answering each question correctly i was rejected because they wanted someone at L3 while I was more interested and had qualities of L4. Conclusion : A waste of time , seems people who are already settled there dont want to leave the company and don't want any competition to come in
