There weren't so much set questions. It was more of a conversation about the job and my background. I did get a bunch of questions about my interest in science.
Would you be interested in teaching a younger grade?
How do you deal with unbalanced classification problem?
All questions were from scripts, which ALL of the faculty committee read from.
Interview 1: 1) Algorithms Question -- How would you solve this array problem? Can you do it in O(n) time? Then write the code 2) Do you have any questions? Interview 2: Talk about your experiences--particularly in data science or machine learning
Specific task, very long. They would use your tasks, not pay for it and not give you any feedback (proving they did not care for your performance, all they wanted was to get your work for free)
How would u manage a person of more experience than you who is working under you?
What do you think will be the biggest challenge of the job?
Mostly technical / coding questions with limited time to answer, talk about past projects (with techncial depth), almost no questions with respect to data science (statistics, ml, math, modeling ...)
