thyssenkrupp interview questions

Once call previous day next day interview 2 professional for two positions. Interview was good position offered but 500 Euro compenstaion and not having little bit flexiblity after asking manytimes.

I applied online. I interviewed at Thyssenkrup nucera offices in Houston TX in Apr 2026. First got call from HR to determine date of technical interview. Then i got invited to in person interview. It was very melow, quiet almost tense and awkward. Interviewed by the Finance director lead and local CFO which had an almost disgruntled demeanor as if he didn't want to be there. Questions were about: Walk me through your experience, why do you want to work for an alkaline water electrolysis and green hydrogen? What forecasting methodologies have you used? Conversation became even more uncomfortable when I asked about their recent profit margin reports and how will they deal with new incoming orders.
