When I look back on my journey, I must say that small things made a huge difference & added to the 'stickiness factor' at Max. I have never, even for once, felt that my opinions were not important. To be heard & valued, irrespective of your position is priceless! It brings a sense of belonging & ownership that has helped me grow in the organisation. CARING is our core value and this is evident in actions!! One big example of this was one of my promotions. It was announced a month before my maternity leave. On my return, my performance rating for that year was based on my active-working period, which was extrapolated for the whole year! What else can an employee ask for? ... Having worked under different senior leaders over these 15 years, I found few common traits in all of them - Approachable & Unbiased - being key ones.
