Recently, twelve leaders from our Sales Organization participated in a transformative three-day program in Gettysburg, PA, designed to challenge and inspire. Using the historic Battle of Gettysburg as a powerful backdrop, this immersive experience explored timeless leadership principles such as decision-making under pressure, leading through uncertainty, and aligning teams around a shared mission. We are thrilled to announce that Ensono has once again been recognized for its exceptional talent and leadership in the industry through the IBM Champions program. This recognition highlights individuals who have demonstrated outstanding advocacy, leadership, and innovation within the IBM community. For the 2025 calendar year, we are proud to share that all five of our 2024 IBM Mainframe Champions have been reinstated, affirming their continued excellence and contribution to the field.
