We seek smart, driven individuals who can contribute expertise gained from a variety of past experiences. Our staff of industry specialists includes PhDs, MBAs, and a number of professional designations including CFA charterholders. But you don’t necessarily need a business degree or a finance background for every role at Morningstar. We prize both creativity and analytical ability; a varied, interesting background gets our attention.
