Employees roles ends in the company if the Project ends Hire based on the awarded contracts and fire at the end/scarping the project No notice period served and no compensation offered to an employee by the company when they ask to resign. Senior HR officials behaves in a Punk manner, they force employees to resign by any way They treat employees as poor labour. Hold salary and will not allow to enter office premises until he/she resign Very unprofessional HR policies, they tweak policies in benefit of organization not to the employees. No compensation is approved for carry forward/balanced leaves Unprofessional HR/Admin staff
