For a sales position you have lots of support and people within the organization that will be there to assist you if you reach out and ask. Great work life balance but they will let you go as soon as your numbers start to slip
Cons
Site management was a joke. The manager was there but did not manage people under him well at all. Nothing said in confidence is kept, everything you do and say wrong travels up the chain fast.
