The CEO is the most hateable person and the worst company. Promotions, incentives and career growth here are only for those who babysit the CEO's daughters and give them gifts and sometimes sleep with him as well. Just lick the feets of the CEO and you will get whatever you want. Also the politics is worse then India's politics as some female employees are expert here and they will show some wrong messages in their phone after drinking with him to CEO and hide their chat as show as if they don't say anything wrong about him and gain sympathy by saying sir we care so much about this company and we are showing you messages about what people talk about you and eat your job as you will be fired immediately without knowing the other side. Worst and horrible company and once you join this company your career is completely ruined as this experience is of no use and you won't get any job and need to start as a fresher no off is there in this company you will be treated and working like donkey's your salary will remain same until you impress your CEO or he flirts with you he just need revenue from you at any cost. The CEO will always purchase a new car as soon as the revenue goes up and give employees nothing in return.

But still management recruited more than 50 employees, after 1 month in the job, they asked us to work without pay, citing the condition of the company. - The management will not behave properly with employees. - There is no fixed working hours. - Management is rude. - Management has no decision making skills. - The company is based on sending emails for spamming other's mailboxes. - No technical work for engineers. If you are an engineer, do not join this company.; - No managers required here, it'll spoil your resume. Please don't join this company. - They waste revenue on parties only for top management, employees are not taken care of at all. - No planning of the future of company and employees.
