I accepted the job because I was told during the interview process that I would have certain opportunities/experiences and job responsibilities that were aligned with my overall career goals. One year later I am still not doing any of the promised activities and feel that I was lied to during my interview.

Low salary, No teamwork, Sometimes Leadership cannot pay attention to you and your improvement is stuck
