      Work from home is available.

      Cons

      It's not structured, not proper management, poor work quality. The CEO Jithin is an immature kid with the attitude of employees as its slave. Paying most employees as peanuts like salary, only few who are pleased with the CEO will get paid more. Projects are done as the college project, no coding standard. You will learn to survive in the pathetic condition that's it.

      To summarize the cons section, all of the points marked with (*) in the pro section are now cons. The company was doing well until Q3 of 2022, but after that, everything went downhill. The PF collected from your salary will not be deposited, and many current and former employees have not yet received their Form 16 for the 2022-2023 financial year. Many employees have not received their PF clearance, which is due for more than a year. The increasing micromanagement is creating a "too many cooks spoil the broth" situation. Do not choose this company, which is struggling to find the light at the end of the tunnel.
