      Pros

      I worked for domestic process. Initially everything was okay, training was good. I don't think anything else will fit it here.

      Cons

      I don't think the space will be enough to fill cons! Worst management, you need to run behind them every time even for simple things. I got my appointment letter on my last working day! Salary issue is the main cons because minimum 200-400 employees will suffer every month.

      Pros

      They give Good salary and wonderfully incentives if u work hard... Plenty of growth options available to employee Management is very good... Flexible shift timing and offs

      Cons

      The only advice to the management is to improve their break system ...sometimes due to call volume, we are not provided any breaks

      The job itself is quite fun.

      Cons

      Back to back calls and too much work pressure. You have to talk continuously for 5 hours sometimes because YOU NEVER GET TIMELY BREAKS. They don't even send you for restroom breaks, you have to hold it in. And forget about getting incentives, they'll somehow find a reason not to give you incentives. The cafeteria is horrible. Found a cockroach in my food once.
