Those of us in the project delivery organization have dealt with layoffs, frozen promotions, and bonus reductions for the past two years for factors outside of our control. Project scoping on the biggest company projects in history was rushed, leading to cost and schedule estimates being egregiously wrong (up to 4x). Our department was never going to be able to meet these targets, yet we are punished repeatedly for it. The former CEO was fired and given a $32m severance package while the rest of us take the blame. My base compensation and bonus target at Air Products have become uncompetitive with the market.

Management has a mean streak, hiring incompetent foremen who impose unrealistic deadlines. Shop floor is very cliquey, you'll feel alienated if certain people decide they don't like you.

Some not good managers, not so easy to change shifts,

Little support since so remote

Give all you got for years and get rid of you for bs reason.

The project crunch time is bad

Worst company, in 2024 they hired too many people , inaugurated new offices , and in 6 months lost some projects, and made such an environment half of people left by themselves and resigned because of work pressure, they had to beg for work hours for timesheets , and in September 2025 they laid off so many people , especially Trainees from reputed colleges and destroyed their confidence on name of career development program they destroyed early career . So for atleast 2 years not a good company to join . And to survive here say yes to your manager you're safe , if you question them then not.

Takes a long time to get a pay rise approved
