      1. They treat you like slave 2. It is an EPO company. Leave the as soon as possible. 3. Salary very very less. 4. partiality is there. 5. HR will always side with manager. 6. if you have joined as scs. then leave after one year bond. 7. they treat u like school children... 8. No future growth....

      Pros

      It was a ok company till it was Hewitt to AON and later Alight, Appraisals were fine and work life balance was fine

      Cons

      Companies India operations are sold out to wipro and wipro done a fantastic job by increasing our work hour by 1 more hour , after 1 year wipro's larger transport policy will be implemented that is only one side cab without ac lol ( currently we have both side AC pick and drop). Also more exciting increment policy will be introduced , that is 3,5, 7 % (meet expectation, exceed expectation, significantly exceed expectation). Last but not Least you will be working on a technology that will not be used anywhere in the world, That way neither employee nor Employer have any replacement for each other :P
