Pros

Good pay at time of joining

Cons

Workload - They sugar coat the term with “raising bar” to get extra work from you. If you are support engineer, you are not doing your responsibility but also doing SDE work, QAE work , Data engineer etc. If you deny, you are not meeting bar No career growth - career growth is very very slow, if you want to change your role internally, managers wont let you do. If you want to get level up, you cant until managers want. Cracking interview is greater than skills for them, due to this they kept doing wrong hires. If you are skilled , no value for you until you go to other compay and then come back here after cracking interview for that role. Toxic environment - Leadership will keep sugar coating things but behind the scene its in there hand only. Everyone wants their growth only, they have their favourites whom they want to see grow. No hike - they will give you 1-2% hike only No Gifts / bonus - 1 sweet box as diwali present. Thats it for the year
