      Best place to learn and grow quickly in career. Opportunities to connect with great people and challenging work environment.

      Cons

      Extreme focus on metrics which is infact good since it aims to be the best customer centric company. Pressure is huge, which is common in operations warehouse role. Managers want result but do not provide mugh insight or help on how to achieve those.
