Pros

Good pay and healthcare 50/50 odds of decent work*, (highly dependent on which team) Great teammates (for the most part)

Cons

Terrible upper leadership with no technical background Forced AI usage even when it's proven to be useless in some projects Overworked, awful expectations - force fast delivery, but at the same time want NO bugs. For some reason, upper leadership can't understand that quality code and slightly less rushed deadlines would fix this. Layoffs are diabolical, managers won't even know who got nuked until the morning of, when the employees are missing; regardless of performance, by the way, but low performers are targeted first.
