      Pros

      If you need a one time high increment, yes, then you can change your company and join Amdocs. Here too, you will get free snacks and breakfast.

      Cons

      This is the worst company I ever found in my career. If there is no work, they simply fire the candidate. There is no bench system. I joined just 3 months back and now they asked me to leave company as there is no project and look a job outside. There is also another guy who worked for more than 4 years on Billings and now he is also getting fired. They is no values for the resources in Amdocs. There is lot of projects now freezed. They hire the guy but don't know where to put and they simply fire them. My request is don't join this company for money.

      Pros

      1) Amazing work culture to be a part of. 2) Great minds to work with. Some of them are really good at mentoring the newcomers. So they take really good care of freshers. 3) You get to work with both kinds of technologies, one being the continued ones like Java, C, C++ etc and second being the latest ones in the market. 4) Lots of activities to be a part of. Fun traditions and experiences.

      Cons

      1) Some projects do not have fair perks for working either over-time or working on the weekends. Only con.

      Pros

      - Good vacation policy - Good only for freshers as alot is invested in early stage learning but 3 years is deadline for your learning here. - Good return policy to Amdocs which serves as a hack to increase your pay by switching, and comeback and do the same work you are doing but with better pay. - Free food and various similar perks are great.

      Cons

      - Management performed Layoffs like a Ninja. People were silently let go in market down time using PIP and then asked to self resign. The company environment in 2023 early layoffs was scary. - Once layoff was done, started hiring freshers with 10-13LPA while people with even 3-4 years experience were making less than them and mentoring these expensive freshers. - Management always shows everything is spotless and then suddenly starts breaking bombs like “No one in company will get any hike” - happened for FY 2023
